Greetings from the warm Chattanooga, TN area!  Our winter days have been in the mid 60′s, which apparently is not too different from what the weather is like in Bogota, Colombia  (where Alicia will be doing language training and I will be involved in leadership training). We have had the privilege to already be in communication with some of the team in Bogota.  If you already know part of the team: Rick and Pam Box, Wes and Hope Parsons, and Peter and Jenny Boling, you know that we will be working with some really great people.  They have been tremendously helpful in looking into available/strategic housing, researching transportation options, helping us get our government paperwork in order, and much more.  We can’t wait to meet them!

Prayer needs: 

• Please pray that our Lord would help us in all these details, and pray for the team in Bogota as they add our needs to the work they already have.
• Pray for our one-time funding that must be met before we can register for language-school training (approx. $5600), purchase plane tickets ($900 a person+baggage), and make our relocation to Colombia and then to Peru.
